Our Mission

We need more diversity and inclusion in our tech industry. This means diversity of perspectives, experiences, learning styles, walks of life, socio-economic or educational background. 


We are an early-stage bootstrapped startup with a big dream and ambition to create a more equitable world full of opportunities for everyone.

We're actively hiring for the following roles.

Content Marketing Intern

This is a part-time position (5-8 hours/week) where you'll work directly with Bosky Mukherjee, the founder of PMDojo.You will have autonomy and be in a position to make an impact on the tech industry at large. PMDojo is woman-led and 100% remote.

 

If you are passionate about what we do by championing diversity in the tech industry, interested in the product field and ready to take us to the next growth chapter,   I’d love to hear from you!

 

Who you are?

  • You are passionate about our mission to make tech more diverse, inclusive, accessible and equitable

  • You are ambitious and have a bias for action

  • You hold yourself to a high degree of accountability 

  • You are creative and a great writer who loves the power of storytelling

  • You are a self-learner who takes pride in taking initiative

  • You are hungry to learn and make an impact on the tech industry

 

What you will do:

  • Set up a content calendar for newsletters and social media releases

  • Write blog posts that showcase Fellows, Alums and Mentors in PMDojo cohorts

  • Write blog posts about topics related to the world of product, the tech industry, design, research

  • Spearhead video campaigns with short clips of people in product and their journeys

  • Track performance analytics of social media posts and optimize community engagement

  • Work closely with the Founder to influence the content and translate goals into social media engagement

Social Media Intern

What you will do:

  • Plan and manage the social calendar

  • Manage all social media for the community including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Linktree

  • Design graphics and content to use in marketing campaigns to maximize brand awareness and engagement

  • Track performance analytics of social media posts and optimize community engagement

  • Work closely with the Founder to influence the content and translate goals into social media engagement

Events Lead Intern

This is a part-time position (8-10 hours/week) where you'll work directly with Bosky Mukherjee, the founder of PMDojo.You will have autonomy and be in a position to make an impact on the tech industry at large. PMDojo is woman-led and 100% remote.

  • You are a self-learner who takes pride in taking initiative

  • You are hungry to learn and make an impact on the tech industry

 

What you will do:

  • Conduct research to source speakers

  • Manage our calendar of online events and curate relevant topics

  • Onboard speakers and set them up for success

  • Create, publish and promote events on social to maximize attendance

  • Host, record and moderate online events

  • Create memorable experiences for our audience. and speakers

  • Measure event success and metrics and recommend how to improve them

  • Wrap up logistics with post-event recap
